Where we began
When we came together in the summer of 2024 to build Nace.AI, we shared a singular vision inspired by a challenge we'd encountered time and again: the difficulty enterprises face in adapting mainstream language models to meet their specific business needs. As machine learning researchers and engineers with years of experience, we knew this wasn't just a technical and research hurdle — it was an AI trustworthiness problem.
We heard stories from enterprises about compliance headaches, factual inaccuracies, operational risks, and contextual misunderstandings that left organizations vulnerable. While undeniably powerful, generic language models weren't enough to address these challenges. Enterprises needed solutions that would not only work but instill confidence. That's where our journey began.
