We're looking for a versatile Video Content Creator to take ideas from concept to final cut. You'll own the full production process - from brainstorming and storyboarding through filming, editing, and publishing- and create content that performs across platforms. If you're equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing timeline, and experimenting with the latest AI tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
— Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with brand goals
— Film and produce a range of video content, operating cameras, lighting, and audio
— Edit footage into polished videos with motion graphics, sound, and color correction
— Optimize content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and formats
— Write engaging titles, captions, descriptions, and thumbnails
— Track performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content
— Stay current with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes
— Organize footage and assets while managing multiple projects to deadline
— Collaborate with marketing and creative teams and incorporate feedback
Tools & Skills
— Video editing & color: Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
— Motion design: Adobe After Effects
— Design & storyboarding: Figma (concepts, storyboards, layouts)
— AI tools: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Kling, GPT, and Claude - you know how to integrate AI into your creative workflow
— Blender / Cinema4D - nice to have, but not necessary
What We're Looking For
— A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating range across the skills above
— Solid eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual style
— Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines
— Self-starter who stays curious about new formats and tools
