Role Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance & Governance Expert to join the Nace Experts Network, a curated collective of highly qualified professionals. In this role, you will provide a premium assurance layer by independently verifying and validating the output of Nace AI Macro Agents.
Your primary responsibility will be to critically assess the governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and regulatory assumptions embedded in our AI models. You will identify logical inconsistencies, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and validate that AI-generated outputs reflect institutional-grade standards. Beyond verification, you will be deeply involved in Model Training, Dataset Curation, and Product Testing to shape the "OS" for professional governance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Verification: Review AI-generated macros and deliverables to ensure they meet strict regulatory and governance standards.

• Logic & Reasoning Validation: Critically assess the AI agent’s reasoning chains to ensure it correctly interprets regulatory requirements and avoids "hallucinations".

• Framework Alignment: Validate that AI outputs align with established frameworks (such as COSO, ISO, or industry-specific governance codes) and real-world market practice.

• Strategic Training: Refine custom AI models using real-world regulatory scenarios, governance edge cases, and expert feedback.

• User Consultation: Guide clients through walkthroughs of AI-generated deliverables via dedicated Google Meet sessions to discuss refinements and final certifications.

• Formal Endorsement: Issue signed opinions or professional endorsements on final documents, providing a professional endorsement of accuracy and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on, relevant professional experience is mandatory.

• Professional Pedigree: Experience must be gained within a leading global-tier consulting firm (e.g., Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Capgemini) or a key functional/executive role within an S&P 500 firm.

• Academic Background: Must hold an advanced degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in a relevant field such as Law, Economics, Business, or Finance.

• Compliance Depth: Deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

• Vetting: Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive Background and Reputation Check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional), CISA, or equivalent.

• Industry Focus: Experience leading governance workstreams or regulatory filings for mid-to-large cap public companies.

• Tech Interest: A strong interest in the intersection of LLMs, professional services, and automated governance solutions.
