Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects and initiatives at Nace.AI. You will ensure that programs align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, and achieve expected outcomes. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and operations teams, you will drive program planning, execution, and risk management to enable scalable and efficient delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, plan, and manage programs from initiation through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and teams to maintain transparency and alignment.
Establish and track program KPIs, using data to measure success and inform continuous improvement.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across programs to increase efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing complex programs or large-scale projects in technology or AI-focused environments.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML or SaaS product programs.
Familiarity with program management frameworks and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
Startup or high-growth environment experience.
