Nace.AI has raised $21.5 million in seed funding, led by Walden Catalyst with participation from General Catalyst and other institutional and angel investors.

This funding will accelerate our work on specialized intelligence for complex enterprise workflows. We are building systems that work across financial histories, operational data, legal documents, and other unstructured files to produce precise, decision-ready outputs.

## Building intelligence for the enterprise

At the core is MetaModel, our proprietary technology for turning enterprise policies and procedures into small language models tailored to real-world business environments. These models learn from company-specific workflows and adapt to evolving policies, standards, and knowledge.

We will continue advancing MetaModel, expanding our family of specialized models, and building end-to-end systems for finance, audit, and compliance. Our focus is on personalization, continuous knowledge updates, reliable execution, and explainability.

This investment brings us closer to our long-term vision: specialized intelligence that can run the complex workflows at the heart of a company, with experts providing final validation.
